Noriko Okaku primarily makes animated video works, incorporating photography, drawing and cut-out collage. Her work explores the variety, eclectic nature and strangeness underlying everyday things and actions. The main theme of her work lies in provoking a wide range of understandings behind existing facts, thoughts, materials and meanings.
